Recipe: Chewy Gluten-Free/Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
It’s a common misconception that anything vegan or gluten free means it obviously has no flavor other than that of cardboard or chalk (According to my brother). Well, these cookies sure prove that wrong. Our famous GFV cookies are the perfect treat for anyone who has a gluten or dairy intolerance, and even if you don’t, you may even prefer them! And the best part? You won’t get sick from eating the dough!
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Brown Rice Flour
1 Cup of Almond Flour
1/2 Cup of Raw Agave Nectar
1/2 Cup or Coconut Sugar (or Sugar in the raw)
3/4 of a Cup of Earth Balance (Dairy free “butter”) **Softened
1 Teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 Bag of Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
Bake at 375 Degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
