Nashville’s Song Suffragettes performed a stunning tribute to Aretha Franklin at The Listening Room Cafe in Nashville last week.

The group of female singer/songwriters gather together Monday nights where they live up to their motto #LetTheGirlsPlay. The Song Suffragettes made waves when they released a moving cover of Keith Urban’s “Female,” followed by an original song and video “Time’s Up” at the height of the #TimesUp movement. The proceeds of the song raised over $10,000 for the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund.

This weeks lineup for the tribute to The Queen of Soul featured Chloe Gilligan, Tiera, Kalie Shorr, Candi Carpenter and Jaclyn Kenyon. Check out the “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman” cover below.
